Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNJY marketing website and user panel. It explains the purposes, scope, and handling of personal data processed for subscription services. Data processing on third-party payment pages and external websites is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Account Information and Order Records

VPNJY does not require an email address; an account can be created with a username and password. The account system processes usernames, password security verification data, account status, and subscription entitlements to verify identity and provide services. An email address is not required for an account. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other information in a support ticket, it is used only to handle that request.

Order records include the selected plan, order status, payment channel, transaction verification details, and refund records. They are used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, and resolve disputes. Account traffic usage is used for plan metering and does not include a list of websites visited. When submitting a support ticket, provide only the information needed for troubleshooting and conceal sensitive information in passwords or payment credentials.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNJY follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit, store browsing content, request bodies, or browsing history, or build account-searchable profiles of visit destinations. Account traffic summaries and order records are not browsing activity logs and are not used to reconstruct user browsing behavior.

While a connection is active, the service processes session status and traffic metering as needed to operate. Session status is used only for as long as operations require and is not retained as a persistent connection log after the connection ends. Cumulative traffic is retained as account metering data. Troubleshooting is based on service status, error categories, and issues users choose to report; browsing history is not required.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Website analytics help assess page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and button usage to improve content and workflows. Analytics are limited to the marketing website and panel interactions and do not extend to content on websites accessed through international routes. Passwords and subscription credentials must not be included in analytics events.

Cookies and local storage are used to maintain necessary sessions and save login status and language preferences. Keep login credentials stored in the browser secure, and sign out after using a shared device. Users can clear site data or restrict cookies through browser settings. Clearing data may require signing in again and may reset some preferences to their defaults.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

VPNJY supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network; the information collected and retention rules are described by the corresponding service. VPNJY uses payment results and transaction verification details to confirm orders and does not ask users to provide their third-party payment account passwords to this website.

Relevant data is shared only as needed to deliver services, handle user requests, or meet applicable legal obligations. Personal data is not sold. For payment verification or disputes, only records needed to handle the matter are provided. When using a public transaction network, the visibility and reversibility of transaction information depend on the network's mechanisms.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while account services are provided. Order, refund, and support ticket records are retained for as long as needed to deliver services, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Site analytics are deleted or aggregated after their analysis purpose has been fulfilled. Data is not kept long-term for purposes unrelated to its processing; specific retention periods depend on data use and applicable obligations.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information through a panel support ticket, specifying the scope of the request. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Records that must be retained by law or due to unresolved matters will be restricted to necessary uses, and the reason they cannot yet be deleted will be explained. Deleting an account may affect subscription use; clearing browser data does not delete a server-side account.

Security Responsibilities and Policy Updates

VPNJY uses bank-grade encryption as a key security measure and applies necessary access controls to protect account data. Users should choose a unique password, safeguard their login sessions and subscription credentials, and avoid publishing complete subscription details on public pages. If anything unusual occurs, users can report it through a panel support ticket.

Policy changes will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting data use or user rights will be announced through the website or panel. If a new purpose requires separate consent, users will be informed before processing begins. Service use and refund rules are covered separately in the Terms of Service.
